A two person or team game where one person plays the shark and the others play the main characters from the movie. Eat people to win as the shark or stay alive and kill the shark if you are a human.
A two part game with completely with each part paying as a totally different experience.
Part one is a hidden movement game where the shark player is roaming around the island trying to eat people while the other characters attempt to locate and tag the shark.
Part two finds the player characters on the boat with the shark making attacks on the boat to capsize it and eat the characters.

You never know what you are going to get with a game based on an IP but this one was a welcome surprise. It's interesting playing both the shark and the people and the two part game really brings a lot of variety. I'm interested it playing it a few more times to gauge the balance, but at this time it seems easier to be the crew.

Very well balanced game between shark and the crew. I enjoyed playing as the crew and as the shark. The two acts makes the game feel like it's two games in one and both acts are fun and different. It's a great game and not just a game trying to use the movie and nostalgia from it for purchases.
I would happily play this again and am interested in seeing how the games plays out if more than one person played all the crew, how I played it. Hopefully I can con a few people into it so we can test out how the co-op portion truly works. The game designer Prospero Hall also designed Villainous, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Battle, and Horrified.
